In order to register interest in or apply for a position, it is necessary for us to collect personal information about you. We collect your personal information, such as your name, address, telephone number, personal email address, work history, and qualifications in order to assess candidate suitability, administer and process applications for employment, including reference checking and to communicate with you and identify potential positions within the company.
Candidate personal information is shared with the prospective employer to assist with the selection process. If you are successful in securing a position, your personal information will be retained and used by the employer for administrative and employment purposes. We retain your personal information in our database and will not disclose your personal information to any other individual or organization, except as required by law.
Smart Recruiters is a third party contractor used to maintain our database. Data is securly stored in a professional hosting environment and is accessed by Smart Recruiters employees only to service our account. Our information is not sold. If you think that the personal information that you have supplied to us is either incorrect or out-of-date, please resubmit your updated information by accessing your account through the web.
If you would like to remove the information that you have provided to us from our database, please email your request to our Privacy Officer at email@example.com. We cannot retroactively remove personal information that has been relied upon in order to secure employment.
