• Provide information to users regarding identified public health issues such as Avian influenza, West Nile Virus, Rabies, and water contamination
• Direct users to the most appropriate service provider
• By capturing real time data from our symptom based tele-triage service Sykes can identify and create reports on rapidly emerging and evolving public health issues such as water and air quality, communicable infectious diseases, animal and insect born illness, and environmental contamination.
