Sykes Assistance Services Corporation (SASC) can provide real time and/or web-based health information and advice based a number of electronic resources.

1. Symptom Based Care Advice - An integral part of our symptom based tele-triage service is a medically approved care advice database to create relevant symptom based care advice for users of SASC service.

2. Electronic Health Information Library - SASC has a clinically approved bilingual electronic health information library. Our library is used to support our symptom based tele-triage service and for services such as prescription drug and disease specific information lines. Sykes has the ability to rapidly produce information topics based on emerging health issues such as public health emergencies. Sykes information library can be accessed through a live contact with a nurse or anonymously through the internet or an audio tape library.

3. Community Service Referral - SASC has partnered with community resource agencies to create community specific service referral databases. This gives our nurses the ability to assess symptoms, facilitate user decision making and to provide difficult to locate community resource referral information. By integrating this information with our telehealth services Sykes can become a true single point of contact for population health initiatives.
